Some people are drawn to what's visible. Others are drawn to what's true.

If you’re the kind of person who finds clarity in complexity—who sees a farm not just as a landscape, but as a system of decisions, records, and relationships—then this work may feel less like a job and more like a calling.

You’ll trade the desk for the dirt road. You’ll talk with farmers, walk through fields, and sift through data, documents, and stories. You’ll learn to read between the lines—and know when to trust what’s on paper and when to dig deeper.

This isn’t about quick answers. It’s about asking the right questions—sometimes difficult ones—and having the integrity to follow the evidence wherever it leads. You’ll weigh facts, assess risks, and apply standards with both precision and perspective.

But fieldwork is only half the story. The other half lives in the report you deliver—clear, concise, and decisive. You know that a well-written report doesn't just summarise; it illuminates. You write with speed when needed, but never at the expense of accuracy. You distil complexity into language that is firm, fair, and actionable—because your words carry weight with growers, certifiers, and supply chains alike.

Not everyone thrives in that space. But if you do—if you bring experience in agriculture, sustainability, auditing, or certification, and you're ready to do work that matters—we'd like to hear from you.

Tell us your story and share your CV. When the right opportunity opens, we'll reach out.

Whether you have a question about ESCert, our certification activities, working with us, or anything else, we'd be glad to hear from you.

We believe sustainable growth—in agriculture, in business and in society—means creating opportunity, building capability and supporting enterprise across the places where people live and work.

Bhadravathi in Shivamogga district is not just our postal address. It reflects our belief that meaningful work, professional expertise and ambitious ideas can take root anywhere. We believe smaller towns have an important role to play in creating resilient local economies, meaningful employment and a more balanced pattern of growth.

Being here keeps us grounded. It reminds us daily of the landscapes and communities connected to our work—the farms, the people and the real, unpolished rhythm of agricultural life. That proximity shapes our perspective and keeps us connected to the realities behind the standards we assess.

We are not here to stay small. We are here to grow—responsibly, inclusively and with a long-term view.

If you believe that good business can emerge from anywhere, and that true impact is measured by more than an address, then we are already on the same page.

Yes, we are based in Bhadravathi and that's intentional, not because it's easier, but because it matters.
